I'm Nash. Welcome. I'm so happy you're here. I'm putting on a brand new program for people who are ready to get started with Yoga, Fitness & Wellness and are looking for a holistic program that is transformative and healing.

It's a program designed specifically for those of you who are ready to make some changes in your life. You want to start your Yoga & Fitness journey in a way that feels right for you.

You're not interested in going hardcore, you're definitely not into the "no pain, no gain" mentally and you want something more than just a good workout. You're deeply looking for a life-changing experience.

Something that helps you work on your Mind, your Body and your Spirit. You want something that's going to help you "Get Up" and "Get Moving" in all areas of your life: mentally, emotionally, spiritually & physically.

I'm just like you. I want to increase my strength, flexibility, maybe lose a couple of extra pounds, but most importantly, I want to FEEL GOOD! And like many of you, I don't have all day to spend working out. But... I want to work on my fitness, mindset and personal growth - all at the same time. And that's why I created this membership. I created it for myself, and since receiving so many incredible benefits and results from it, I decided to share it with people just like me!

A Little Bit About Who I Am... And Why I'm The Right Person To Lead This Program
I am the founder of Oxygen Yoga & Fitness as well as Beach Yoga & Wellness. I've taught thousands of Yoga & Fitness classes to thousands and thousands of students, and I absolutely loved it. It was my dream, my passion and my life. I ran my Yoga & Fitness studios from 2008 to 2015 (7-years) and have been teaching Yoga since 2005.

But near the end of 2015, I had no choice but to walk away from my studio... my baby.

It was hard, but I had to let go because I was suffering from severe anemia and iron deficiency.

During the 5+ years of living with anemia and iron deficiency, I was unable to do anything... I couldn't do Yoga... absolutely no fitness... my very active lifestyle that I once knew, suddenly came to a screeching halt. Even standing on my feet for more than 5 minutes was hard. I could barely walk a block without feeling like death.

I had no choice but to live a totally sedentary life, and every-time I tried to do even a little bit of exercise, it would make things worse for me, not better. My heart would race like crazy, it felt like I was going to have a heart attack, and many days I thought I was going to die!

My hair was falling out in huge, big clumps. (I even had some bald spots!) I would almost faint every time I stood up too fast. I was beyond exhausted. I had no energy to do anything. Almost daily migraines. A very weak immune system. Depression set in.

And I can't tell you how much I missed exercising - I mean... it was my life! Living a fit lifestyle was a huge part of who I identified myself as, and when I couldn't exercise anymore, I felt completely lost - I didn't even know who I was anymore.

The vibrant, high-energy, fit, strong, go-getter I used to seeing in the mirror, was replaced with a new person. Someone who was very low energy, always exhausted, depressed, and unsure of herself, but still underneath the pain, hid my super power - determination.

During this difficult time in my life, I did a ton of "inner work", including meditation, hypnotherapy, visualizations, journaling, and so much more. I studied under the world leading experts and consumed my days with reading, learning and implementing.

Long story short... I'm feeling a million times better now. I no longer have Anemia, and while I still do have Iron Deficiency, I am once again, a new person.

Last year, I started slowly working out again - and at first I could only handle about 15-20 minutes (of very low-intensity exercise)... I definitely lost a lot of strength, flexibility, balance, agility etc... in the 4 1/2 to 5 years of doing nothing... but in only 5 short months, I've made incredible progress! I lost 15lbs, toned my body from head to toe, improved my flexibility and range of motion, I feel a million times better and my confidence and positive attitude is back!!

I am incredibly grateful to be back on my feet, and I made myself a promise that once I got better, I'd be putting together a brand new program created for people who want to get started with living an active lifestyle and are looking for a holistic program that is transformative and healing.

And now, I'm keeping that promise ❤ And that's how "Love, Nash" was born.

So thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here with me on this journey. I may not be as strong, or as fit, or as "skinny" as the Instagram Fitness Influencers you see online... but believe me when I say, I am on a mission to serve, and to help people who are desperately looking to get their health back and track. People who "get me" and can relate to my story and want to receive some of the same results I have received over the last year.

My mission is to motivate, encourage and inspire you. If I can do it, you can too, and yes, it takes baby steps, but guess what? It's not a race, it's not a competition and there is no deadline.

We go at our own pace, and we do the best we can, with what we have, where we are!

You're not willing to try new things or be open minded to new healing modalities. In this program we will be introducing different healing modalities like mediation, breathing practice, EFT, Forgiveness work and much more!

You want to push hard and are looking for an intense program that challenges you to the max. I get it. I used to be there too. I loved everything to be intense. But... I'm not that person anymore. And that's OK. I know you'll find a program better suited for you.

Yoga + Pilates Fusion Program

I’ve created this fun progressive 6-week Full Body Fusion program to help you increase your flexibility and range of motion, tone and strengthen your core and relax your mind and body. See and feel results after your first class! This program is gentle enough for you to practice three times a week, and as you get stronger you can add in an extra day or two. Just remember to always give yourself days off to allow your body the recovery time it needs.

Practice your Yoga classes from the comfort of your home at your convenience.  You can practice this routine every day if you like, or just a couple of times per week.  You’ll be surprised how effective these routines are at increasing your range of motion and flexibility.

I’m a huge fan of guided meditation, that’s why I’m throwing in 2 beautiful guided meditations each week for you to practice at home!  These meditations are short, yet powerful and you can practice them anytime you like.

Over the years I’ve practiced many healing modalities like journaling, mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Ho’oponopono (Hawaiian Healing practice), breathing (pranayama), affirmations, plant-based mindful eating, and so much more!

I’ll be sharing these with you in our 6-week program which I feel has had a significant role in me healing my mind, body and spirit from life’s big challenges, like birthing trauma, excruciating pain from car accidents, dealing with daily symptoms of iron deficiency to name a few.

These healing modalities can help you feel happier, more confident, joyful, more inner peace and calm and an overall greater sense of self-love and self-care.
