A monthly holistic tool to help you make progress while working on your monthly theme. This can be any combination of journals, worksheets, workbooks plus a beautiful digital art print that goes hand in hand with the monthly theme, that will add character and style to your home.
Each month will have it's own beautiful collection of mantras, plus a guided meditation that you can listen to anytime you please. Some months will include other holistic tools like Emotional Freedom Technique, Ho'oponopono, Mindfulness or Journal Therapy Prompts.

You’ll also get weekly inspiring content (know as goodie packs) that makes completing weekly assignments fun, and it helps you stay committed to your path of personal growth. You can cancel your membership anytime by emailing us at least 48 hours before your next payment comes out. Please note that due to the program’s digital nature, we do not provide refunds. Your membership rate will be grandfathered until you quit, so long as your account is in good standing. If you cancel your membership and join later, you will pay whatever the current rate is.
The Love Your Life Membership™ is 100% online! Once you join to become a member, you will get an email with your login details – just log in to access your Member’s Dashboard. Here you will get access to your first Month’s Theme. Then each Sunday of that month, you will receive your weekly Goodie Pack. You’re Goodie Pack is a weekly holistic tool to help you progress while working on your monthly theme.
(Example of a Goodie Pack could be: mantra videos, journals, guided meditations, Facebook Live coaching w/ Q&A opportunities, creative printables, downloadable guides and challenges!)

New Monthy Themes become available on the 1st of every month.
When you join, you will get the most current monthly theme available. Moving forward, you will receive one new monthly topic at the beginning of each month.
You decide how much time you have to put towards each month’s focus. There is no “homework,” but we recommend aiming for at least 1-hour per week to work on each topic. Of course, the more time you invest, the more you will get out of each lesson. But remember, if you are busy one month and can’t get around to it, the content will still live in your member’s area! So don’t worry. We want the membership to be as flexible as possible for you so that you get to work on the content when you want, and as much as you want.
The Love Your Life Membership™ is 100% online, which means nothing will ever be mailed to you. It doesn’t matter where in the world you are. As long as you have access to the internet, you will be able to access the content via desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device!
